The seminar was held in collaboration with Battery Low Interactive as local organizer and Youth Upskill Network (YUNet) as community partner.

The seminar aimed to:

  1. Introducing students to global game development competitions.
  2. Explore career prospects within Bangladesh’s gaming ecosystem.
  3. Guide aspiring creators on entering the game development industry.

Mr. Rakib Jahan Founder and Programmer:  GameLoop, delivered the keynote address. He discussed the current landscape of game development and the gaming market in Bangladesh and outlined the end-to-end journey of game creation. He highlighted the technical competencies, problem-solving mindset, and industry expectations required for professional growth in the field.

He also offered practical guidance for beginners planning to participate in GameJamPlus, a global game development marathon and acceleration program. He encouraged students to build foundational projects and collaborate within local communities.

After the presentation, participants engaged directly with the speaker. Questions covered programming workflows, team dynamics during game jams, and career opportunities in the local and international gaming sectors.

The seminar strengthened students’ understanding of game creation and prepared them to explore career pathways in the digital economy. It also encouraged participation in global game development platforms such as GameJamPlus.
