It is to notify everyone that starting from the Midterm Exam of Fall 2018-19, there will be NO TEMPORARY EXAM PERMIT OR ONE DAY EXAM PERMIT issued from any offices for the term exams. Every student must collect their Original Exam Permit on due time when the permit collection schedule is published. This policy will remain valid for all upcoming term exams.
